Supporting Our Global Community

The Supporting International Boarders: School Award shortlisting is especially meaningful for a school like Earlscliffe, where our community is proudly international. We know that moving to a new country, culture and educational system can be both exciting and challenging. That’s why we put such emphasis on personalised support, inclusive practices and creating a true home-from-home experience for every student. We are curious about what makes us unique and we are united by our diversity.

Much of this care is reflected in the outstanding work of our House Masters and Mistresses, whose role is both pastoral and practical. They offer guidance, and mentorship. The collaboration between our Boarding team and the academic team is seamless, with the additional support of the Senior Tutor who bridges all communications and therefore possesses a true 360 degree profile of each student.
