Earlscliffe is delighted to introduce the Student Leadership Team for the 2026/27 academic year. Each year, these roles represent one of the most meaningful opportunities available to our students, a chance to give back to the community, champion the student voice, and leave a lasting mark on life at Earlscliffe.
This year’s team has been selected following an impressive hustings process, and we are excited to announce the following appointments:
- Head Boy – Gal
- Head Girl – Ilinca
- Head of Service – Anuli
- Student Media & Communications Ambassador – Nehir
Head Boy – Gal

“I believe a good leader should not only guide others, but also listen to them, encourage them, and bring people together,” Gal explained. “I believe I can be someone students can approach and rely on, while also proudly representing Earlscliffe both inside and outside the school community.”
Head Girl – Ilinca

“I aim to support students in reaching their full potential while ensuring everyone feels valued, heard, and included,” said Ilinca. “I hope to be a positive role model, encouraging a strong work ethic alongside a healthy balance, and to represent the student voice with confidence and empathy.”
Head of Service – Anuli

“I believe this position is an opportunity not only to lead, but to create meaningful initiatives that encourage students to actively engage in supporting both the school and the wider community,” Anuli said. “I would aim to introduce initiatives that make service more engaging, accessible, and impactful for all students.”
Student Media & Communications Ambassador – Nehir

Nehir, a former Media Prefect and Wellbeing Champion with a passion for media and video production, is perfectly placed to bring this role to life. She plans to support the school’s marketing and communications, promote events, and ensure every student feels included and represented.
“I wanted to help represent the students and make the school community more welcoming, supportive and active,” said Nehir. “I hope to bring a friendly, creative and responsible attitude to the position.”
We extend our warmest congratulations to Gal, Ilinca, Anuli and Nehir, and look forward to working closely with the new team and seeing Earlscliffe continue to thrive under their leadership.
