The Partnership

What is the Tottenham Hotspur Football Development Programme?

The Tottenham Hotspur Football Development Programme at Earlscliffe is a unique full-time pathway that brings together daily, professional-level football coaching from Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and a rigorous academic curriculum.

Launching in September 2026, the programme is designed for students aged 15 to 19 who are serious about their football development but equally committed to earning respected UK qualifications. It runs embedded within Earlscliffe’s normal academic timetable, meaning students do not have to choose between sport and study.

Players receive coaching from a dedicated, full-time Tottenham Hotspur coach on site at Earlscliffe, with the programme structured around the same principles of technical development, tactical intelligence, physical conditioning and mental resilience that define the Spurs development environment.

For September 2026 entry, Earlscliffe is

offering full scholarships for this programme which includes:

Daily Football Coaching

Structured sessions every day of the week, from technical skills and tactical shape to strength, conditioning and video analysis.
