Nick joins Earlscliffe with more than 12 years of experience in international admissions, student recruitment, and marketing.
His career has seen him lead diverse teams, manage global partnerships and design tailored recruitment campaigns across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Russian-speaking countries. He brings with him extensive expertise in visa compliance, safeguarding and strategic planning, ensuring that every stage of the admissions journey is handled with care and precision.
Prior to joining Earlscliffe, Nick held roles at Queen Ethelburga’s Collegiate and as Director of International Admissions at Repton School, where he was responsible for delivering ambitious recruitment strategies. As a Repton School alumnus who boarded for 10 years, Nick has first-hand insight into boarding school life, and is passionate about the transformative power of education.
He is dedicated to supporting students and families from around the world in joining the Earlscliffe community.
