Clem studied Marketing at Lancaster University and has built a career that spans both creative and operational disciplines. She spent over a decade at Saga Holidays in product, commercial and quality roles before moving into education, where she has worked in school administration and careers advisory.
A Folkestone resident of more than 25 years, she brings genuine local roots and strong community ties to her role leading Earlscliffe’s marketing promoting the college and the town to families and education agents worldwide.
