Faculty Lead: History, Geography & Politics
With 16 years of teaching experience, Michelle brings passion, expertise, and enthusiasm. Holding a BSc in Human and Physical Geography from the University of Reading, a PGCE from Canterbury Christ Church University, and a TEFL diploma, Michelle combines strong academic foundations with a global teaching perspective.
Specialising in Meteorology, Ecology, and Geo-politics, Michelle helps students explore the complex relationships between people, places, and power in today’s rapidly changing world. A strong advocate for outdoor learning, Michelle draws inspiration from nature, travel, and cultural exploration to create geography lessons that spark curiosity and global awareness.
Having previously served as a Senior Tutor at Earlscliffe, Michelle now leads Professional Growth and Coaching, supporting the ongoing development of staff across the school.
