Join the Earlscliffe Team Current Vacancies

Earlscliffe is a UK sixth form college with a clear purpose: preparing international students for entry to leading universities in the UK and around the world. We do this through focused, high-quality teaching and a wealth of opportunities for personal growth beyond the classroom.

Every member of our team plays a part in that mission, whether in the classroom, in boarding, or behind the scenes. If you share our commitment to helping young people thrive, take a look at our latest vacancies below.

Current Vacancy - Admissions Officer

Choosing a school in another country is a significant decision for a family. Our team helps make that decision easier by providing clear information, responding thoughtfully and ensuring that every stage of the admissions process is handled with care. The Admissions Officer plays an essential part in this experience.

You will work with parents, students, educational agents and guardians from across the world, while coordinating the documentation and practical arrangements that turn an accepted place into a successful arrival. This is a varied role within a small, collaborative team. It suits someone who enjoys building relationships, can manage several priorities at once and takes pride in completing tasks accurately and promptly. A warm response matters, but so does following through: keeping records current, anticipating what is needed next and ensuring that no important action is missed.

You will work closely with colleagues across the school and with our wider Dukes Education network. Your contribution will help new students feel informed and welcome, and give families confidence in Earlscliffe from the outset.

Current Vacancy - Digital Content and Marketing Officer

We are looking for a creative, proactive colleague who can bring the Earlscliffe story to life. Someone who can spot a compelling story, capture a spontaneous moment and turn it into engaging content. From student interviews and short videos to photography, social media and website updates, your work will showcase the people, achievements and everyday experiences that make our college distinctive.

Alongside content creation, you will play an active part in our wider marketing activity: supporting campaigns, producing promotional materials, welcoming visitors and helping deliver events. This is a varied, practical role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing competing priorities and combining creativity with careful organisation.

You will work closely within the team and colleagues across the college, building relationships with students and staff to uncover stories worth sharing. We welcome fresh ideas and a thoughtful approach to understanding what interests our audiences, measuring what works and turning engagement into enquiries.
