Clem holds a BSc in Marketing from Lancaster University and spent over a decade at Saga Holidays in product, commercial and quality roles, before moving into education, working across administration and careers advice at Turner Schools.
Clem joined Earlscliffe in 2024, and her exams and marketing hybrid role soon grew into a full-time marketing position.
Today she leads digital campaigns, social media and content, and particularly enjoys leading tours and showing prospective families and agents around the Earlscliffe campus and the local town of Folkestone.
A Folkestone resident of more than 25 years, Clem brings genuine local roots and strong community ties, alongside marketing creativity backed by real operational experience.
