Trudy has spent over 30 years in education, 18 of them working with students with special educational needs and disabilities. That depth of experience gives her a finely tuned ability to see each student as an individual — to notice what others might miss, and to offer support that is genuinely tailored. She has been part of the Earlscliffe community for five years as Assistant House Manager, and is a familiar, trusted presence to students across the school.
A former Guide Guider and Duke of Edinburgh supervisor, Trudy has a long-standing passion for the outdoors as a space where young people can grow in confidence. In her free time, Trudy enjoys undertaking 50K/100K challenges for fun!
